Please review all order details — including size, color, and quantity — before completing checkout. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all domestic returns. There are no shipping fees, no restocking fees, and no additional charges at any point in the return process. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact support@wandasflowers.com and include your order number for faster assistance.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style changes after purchase. If you wish to make adjustments, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.

To start a return or refund request, email support@wandasflowers.com with the following details: your order number, photos or videos clearly showing the issue, proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt), and shipping receipt (if applicable). Please do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item (bank posting may take an additional 3–5 days). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Refunds include original shipping charges, if applicable. If your refund hasn’t appeared after 14 business days, please check with your payment provider or contact support@wandasflowers.com for assistance.
